Working Principle

Integrated pressurized type is an innovative model for solar hot water, which adopts heat pipe technology, and combines a heat pipe solar collector with a pressurized tank to form a compact model.
The vacuum tubes absorb and convert solar energy into thermal energy, and transfer it to the central heat pipe via the aluminum fin. The heat pipes have a tiny amount of purified water sealed inside at depressurized conditions. When heated, the medium inside the heat pipes vaporizes at low temperatures, the vapor rises to the condenser, and heat energy is conducted to water(inside the tank). When the vapor is cooled down, and becomes condensate, and falls to the bottom of the heat pipe. By continuous circulation in this way, heat is carried from outside to the water inside the tank.
